Managing your Labels
Labels can be used along with
Letters to efficiently inform your customers
about upcoming events. If the Label screen is selected from the
Main Screen, a label will be created for every customer in your
database. If the Label screen is selected from the Customer screen,
labels will be created for your filtered customer list. The labels
use Avery #5160 or 8160 or its equivalent.

Options
Save
Save all changed labels.
View
View your labels in print-preview mode.
Field Names
Show a list of available Database Field Names that can be inserted into a label.
This field is case dependent
Exit
Clicking Exit exits the Label screen. If changes have been made
to your labels, IDVerify will prompt to save changes.
Form Settings
Customer
Address
The Customer Address Tab contains the format for labels that
are addressed to your customer.
Return Address
The Return Address Tab contains the format of your Business return
labels.
Custom Address
The Custom address Tab contains the format of and custom label
that you would like to create and save.
Status Bar: Shows the last form
action.
