Database Field Name can be used throughout Visitor Management Software to customize Letters, Labels, and other items. Whenever IDVerify finds a valid Database Field Name (in the appropriate place), IDVerify will insert your customer's data into the item. For instance, John might be inserted in the first letter that contains [FirstName], and Mary on the following letter, and so on.

The following list are the available Database Field Names, and MUST be entered EXACTLY as shown:

[Date] - Today's date (the date the letter is created)
[Address1] - The customer's first address line
[BirthDate] - The customer's birthdate
[BusinessAddress] - Your business's address
[BusinessName] - Your business's name
[City] - The names of the customer's city
[DLNumber] - The customer's driver's license number

[ExtraName] - The customer's surname name
[FirstName] - The customer's first name
[LastName] - The customer's last name
[ManagerName] - The registered manager's name
[MiddleName] - The customer's middle name
[Notes] - Any notes associated with the customer
[State] - The names of the customer's state
[VisitDate] - The original customer scan date

[Zip] - The customer's zip code
