Introduction
Welcome to Visitor Management
Software. Visitor Management Software allows you to setup information
about your business, import files from external sources, manage
your customer database, print letters, labels, reports, and many
other functions. Visitor Management Software works with IDVerify
Server to provide the manager with the information he/she needs
now.
IDVerify Main Screen
Business Info
Clicking the Business Info button loads the Business
Information screen which allows you to edit information about
your business.
Data
Clicking the Data button loads the ID-e®
Settings screen, which allows you to set up ID-e® settings,
and import customers into your database.
Customers
Clicking the Customers button loads the Customer
Detail screen which allows you to manage your customer database.
Labels
Clicking the Labels button loads the Label
screen which allows you to edit, view, and print customer labels.
Letters
Clicking the Letters button loads the Letter
screen which allows you to edit, view, and print customer letters.
Reports
Clicking the Reports button loads the Reports
screen which allows you to view and print customer reports.
Help
Clicking the Help button loads the Help
screen which allows additional help information.
Exit
Exit Visitor Management Software and close all screens.
